User Data Deletion

PT Moduloo Digital Indonesia ("Moduloo") is committed to giving users full control over their personal data and access to accounts connected to our platform.
In accordance with our privacy policy and global data protection standards, you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data, account history, and third-party authorization tokens (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn) stored in our systems.
User Data Deletion Methods
You can choose one of the two methods below to delete your data from the Moduloo platform:
Option 1: Automatic Deletion via Dashboard
- Log in to your Moduloo account on the relevant platform.
- Open the Account Settings menu > Privacy & Security.
- In the Connected Apps section, click "Revoke Access" on the social account integration you want to disconnect.
- At the bottom of the page, click the "Delete Account & Data" button.
- Confirm your action. Our system will automatically delete all authorization data, API tokens, and your profile from the active database instantly.
Option 2: Manual Request Submission (via Email)
If you cannot access your account or wish to request manual data cleansing by our technical team:
- Send an email to privacy@moduloo.id from the email address registered to your Moduloo account.
- Use the email subject: "User Data Deletion Request - [Your Name / Account Name]".
- Include the following information in the body of the email:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Service or application integration whose data you wish to delete
Our Data Protection team will verify your identity and process your data deletion within a maximum of 3×24 working hours.
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
Once the deletion process is complete, the following data will be permanently deleted from Moduloo's production servers and cannot be recovered:
- User profile information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number).
- OAuth authorization tokens and third-party API access keys (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Login session history and personal activity logs.
Data That Remains Stored (If Any)
To comply with applicable laws and tax regulations in Indonesia, Moduloo may retain a limited copy of financial transaction records or official payment invoices for the period required by law, before they are securely destroyed.
