Information from Third-Party Services (OAuth / Developer APIs Integrations):

If you connect third-party accounts (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn) to the Moduloo platform, we collect basic authorization data such as Profile Name, Email Address, User ID, Avatar, as well as the Access Tokens required to run the automation and service synchronization features you have activated.

Technical and Usage Information:

IP address, browser type, operating system, system activity logs, and cookie data for application performance analytics.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining all Moduloo services and digital product ecosystem.
• Processing transactions, billing, and account verification in real-time.
• Running the automation functions and API integrations you authorize.
• Providing technical support (customer support) and responding to your requests.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and preventing fraudulent activity.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data or data from your third-party APIs to any party.

Your data may only be shared under the following limited conditions:

Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-processors):

Cloud infrastructure partners, payment gateways, or official API providers that support our system operations.

Legal Compliance:

If required by law, judicial process, or an official request from authorized government authorities in Indonesia.

4. Data Security and Storage

We implement enterprise-grade technical security standards, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption of data at rest. Access tokens from your third-party platform integrations are stored in an encrypted database with highly restricted access.

5. Your Rights over Your Data

You have full rights over your personal data, including:

• Access & Correction Rights: Access and update your profile data at any time through your account dashboard.
• Integration Access Revocation: Revoke Moduloo app access at any time directly through the privacy settings of your Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn account.
• Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Request the deletion of all your personal data from our systems.

6. User Data Deletion Policy

If you wish to delete all your personal data, account, or third-party integration data from Moduloo:

• You can submit a request automatically through the dedicated page at moduloo.id/data-deletion, or
• Send a written request via email to privacy@moduloo.id with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Our team will process and permanently delete your data from the production database within a maximum of 3×24 hours after verification.
