Terms of Service

1. Account and Registration Terms

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to represent a business/company in agreeing to these Terms.
• Account Confidentiality: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, API key, access tokens) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Data Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

2. Services and License to Use

• Limited License: Moduloo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our digital product ecosystem according to the package or usage plan you choose.
• Custom Services (Software House): Custom application development will be governed by a separate Cooperation Agreement (SoW/Contract) that supplements these general Terms.

Usage Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the services for illegal activities, fraud, or violations of law in the Republic of Indonesia.
• Reverse engineering, breaking into, or disrupting the integrity and security of Moduloo's system infrastructure.
• Sharing API key access or account credentials to unauthorized third parties.

3. Third-Party Integrations (API & OAuth)

• Developer API Usage: Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Payment Gateways).
• Third-Party Compliance: Use of integration features must comply with the Terms & Conditions of each respective API provider platform.
• Access Revocation: You have the right to revoke OAuth integration permissions at any time through your account settings or through the privacy control center of the relevant third-party platform.

4. Payments and Service Fees

• Payment Schemes: Moduloo services may be transaction-based, periodic subscriptions, usage quotas, or project-based.
• Taxes: All fees and transactions may be subject to taxes in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (IP Rights)

• Moduloo Ownership: All rights to the platform, digital products, trademarks, logos, source code (standard product source code), UI/UX designs, and Moduloo system architecture are the exclusive property of PT Moduloo Digital Indonesia.
• Custom Project Rights: For custom software development services, ownership of the source code and copyright of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client in accordance with the agreement in the relevant custom work contract.
• User Content: You hold full rights to the data and business materials you upload to our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

• "As-Is" Service: Standard products and platforms are provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to maintain system uptime of up to 99.9%, but do not guarantee that the service is completely free from technical disruptions.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Moduloo Digital Indonesia is not liable for indirect losses, loss of business profits, or data loss caused by user negligence or disruptions to third-party infrastructure providers.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account unilaterally if indications of serious violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that harm the security of Moduloo's infrastructure are found.

8. Privacy Policy and Data Deletion

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://moduloo.id/privacy-policy. If you wish to submit an account or data deletion request, please visit https://moduloo.id/data-deletion.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted on this page.
